Cancellation Policy:
Any amendments or cancellation to a registration must be advised in writing to the
STANSW office before the event registration close date**. Full refunds
will not be issued if cancellation is after the registration close
date. As an alternative to cancellation, registration can be
transferred to another person by notifying the STANSW office. Final
enrolment transfers and modifications will be accepted until the 6th of
October.
No refunds will be given if STANSW is not notified of a cancellation.
Refund period:
A full refund will be available to cancellations made before the
registration close date** An admin fee will be applied to all orders
cancelled after this date.
cancellation before 29 September 2021 - 100% refund
cancellation from 30 September - 3 October 2021 - 50% refund
cancellation from 4 October 2021- 0% refund
**REGISTRATION CLOSE: Wednesday 29 September 2021
Payment must be received by 1st of October for registration to be valid.
