How to register:

  1. Sign-in to your account or create one. If creating a new account please add School details.
  2. Select a registration option.
  3. Add the session/s to your itinerary
  4. Proceed to checkout
  5. Select Bill to school or to yourself. (Note: direct deposit option may not be available at this time, if you need an invoice please email [email protected]).
  6. Submit order - an order confirmation will be emailed to you. The invoice will be emailed within 24 hours.
  7. To view registration details or to edit registration click on your name at the top of the page to go to profile account.
    Registrations are in the My Participation section in your account under Meetings and Events. Click to view registration.
    Invoices billed to the school are located on the school account page, group administrators can access the school account from their personal account page.

Cancellation Policy:

Any amendments or cancellation to a registration must be advised in writing to the STANSW office before the event registration close date**. Full refunds will not be issued if cancellation is after the registration close date.  As an alternative to cancellation, registration can be transferred to another person by notifying the STANSW office. Final enrolment transfers and modifications will be accepted until the 6th of October.

No refunds will be given if STANSW is not notified of a cancellation.

Refund period:

A full refund will be available to cancellations made before the registration close date** An admin fee will be applied to all orders cancelled after this date.

cancellation before 29 September 2021 - 100% refund
cancellation from 30 September - 3 October 2021 - 50% refund
cancellation from 4 October 2021- 0% refund

Payment must be received by 1st of October for registration to be valid.
