How to register:

  1. Sign-in to your STANSW account to register or create one (please check your address/ or school details are up to date).
  2. If there are registration options, please select one.
  3. If required add your NESA and Mobile number and click Save response.
  4. If there are program items, Add the sessions you are attending to your itinerary.
  5. School group bookings are available. Click Register someone else to add staff members  (If a staff member is not in the drop-down list, please contact [email protected] prior to registering).
  6. Proceed to check out. Select either bill to school or yourself and click Submit to complete registration. An order confirmation will be emailed to you. Invoices are sent to either the school account email or to your account overnight.


To be eligible for staff and member discounts you must be a current member at the time of registration.

  • For Schools Members - please make sure you have confirmed your staff list for the year, so we can update Staff accounts.
  • If you are a member and you are seeing the non-member price, please do not register and email us first - [email protected].
