As a result of participating in the Leadership in Science, teachers will:
- Increase skills, knowledge and attributes to lead others, to lead themselves effectively.
- Increase their competency in coaching, communication and aligning performance for success.
- Establish networking relationships with teachers outside their own school.
- Interrogate evaluation, data and determine evidence of impact.
