Assessment and Depth Studies - What is the point of Assessment in Stage 6

When: Friday 27 October 2023

Where: In Person, Club Parramatta

This event brings together stage 6 science teachers to connect in discussion and collaborative learning with the intent of helping participants:

• Better understand the various informal, formal, diagnostic, formative and summative assessment strategies for Stage 6
• Develop skills in analysing student assessment data and appropriately evaluating a student’s understanding of the subject and content
• Develop skills for interventions and modifying teaching practice in response to student assessment data
• Increase knowledge of different ways to manage and assess depth studies

• Registration closes Friday 13th of October, 2023. All payments must be received by this date.
• Payment by credit card will be available until registration closes.

Notes:

• Once registered, to view or edit your registration details click on your name at the top of the page to go to profile account. Registrations are in the participation section of your account under Meetings and Events.
• If you need a copy of your receipt, scroll to the bottom of page and click on the invoice number to print or download. For registrations billed to the school, the receipt will be emailed overnight to the email address attached to the school account (usually the group administrator or accounts).

Cancellation/Refund Policy
Cancellation must be in writing to [email protected]  30 days before the event for a full refund. There will be no refunds for incorrect registrations.
Any registrations where payment is not received by the registration close date will be cancelled.
