STANSW is excited to announce our HSC Exam Preparation Lectures for 2025. These online sessions will run during the school holidays and are designed to provide students with valuable insights before they sit their exams.

Delivered by experts in each subject area, the lectures will:

• Review key module content
• Share proven exam strategies
• Work through practice questions

Presenting for Chemistry:

Catriona Chaikin has over 30 years’ experience teaching Chemistry and Physics, with deep expertise in curriculum delivery, assessment, and senior science education. She currently teaches at Hornsby Girls Selective School and brings valuable insight into exam standards and expectations. As a member of the STANSW Council, and an active member of the Royal Australian Chemical Institute, Catriona is dedicated to supporting teachers, sharing best practice, and fostering collaboration in science education.
