2025 STANSW K-10 Conference: Igniting Scientific Skills

This conference, designed for K-10 science educators, will focus on developing the skills of Working, Thinking and Questioning Scientifically.
The purpose of this conference is to provide activities that can assist to create a skills progression for students in the new NESA syllabuses. It aims to unite educators, curriculum developers, and industry experts to enhance students’ scientific skills collaboratively across Stages 1 to 5.
The Primary stream will feature a program of ‘round-robin’ style short workshops, showcasing a range of science practicals for primary stages, aligned to the new primary science and technology syllabus.
7-10 stream will feature workshops to keep science educators on track with the implementation of the new syllabus, prac demonstrations and essential resources.
